The Park Plaza is located just a short walk away from the OSU campus. Our location is perfect for students, or university employees looking for a home close to campus. We are less than a half mile to the campus entrance, as well as restaurant row on Monroe. OSU provides entertainment to the community through sporting events and performances. Google bike time to the campus entrance is 2 minutes and walk time is 8 minutes.
Downtown Convenience
Lots of apartments are close to the campus, but none can offer the convenience of being located between Oregon State University and downtown Corvallis. Our building is located across the street from the Corvallis Public Library and Central Park. We are also located across from the main bus terminal, which offers free service. Downtown Corvallis offers a variety of shopping and restaurants. Riverfront Park is a short walk away with outdoor dining and the Farmer's Market.

Our upper level apartments offer stunning views. From the west-facing balconies, residents enjoy views of the local foothills and Coast Range. From the east-facing balconies, residents look toward downtown and the historic Corvallis Courthouse. To the south is beautiful Central Park, offering outdoor concerts in the summertime as well as the famed Fall Festival. The building landscaping includes many mature trees and flowering shrubs for our residents to enjoy.
