Rental Application
Most units are under a one year lease, unless specified otherwise. Availability of rental units is subject to change. To apply for an apartment at the Park Plaza each person wishing to reside in the unit MUST submit a completed application as well as the $40 non-refundable application processing fee.

If an applicant does not have satisfactory rental or credit history, a co-signer may be required in order to rent an apartment. ALL co-signers MUST complete a co-sign application and pay the $40 non-refundable application processing fee.

** Please note we do not allow smoking or pets in ANY of our rental units.
